Many Italian Restaurants may come close to authentic but “Sora My Way” provides authentic dishes that are practically delivered from a kitchen in Italy to your table in real-time.

Forty minutes from Rome, in a quaint town called Sora, is a well-known, family-owned and operated restaurant, 
Da Giuliano, serving locals and tourists for over 30 years. 

Sora My Way’s Chef is part of that family and is also one of the founding co-owners. Before coming to the states, he worked for over ten years. He returns to Sora Lazio, Italy during summers to help and learn new techniques of picking fresh ingredients to create the Italian food most restaurants try to match.

Sora My Way aims to bring authentic Italian food to Wethersfield, Connecticut. In order to do so, we only use fresh and local ingredients, make our pasta and pizza dough from scratch daily, and show Italian hospitality. You will often see our Chef and employees mingling with guests and attending to their every need.

We are currently BYOB so please bring your favorite wine, beer, or liquor to enjoy alongside delicious food.

We are also first come first serve and do not accept reservations. If you would like us to host a large or private gathering, please reach out to [email protected]. We can accommodate large parties by creating a prefixed menu aligned with your party’s needs .
