Forty minutes from Rome, in a quaint town called Sora, is a well-known family-owned and operated restaurant, Da Giuliano, serving locals and tourists for over 30 years.
Sora My Way’s Chef is part of that family and is also one of the founding co-owners. Before coming to the states, he worked for over ten years. He returns to Sora Lazio, Italy during summers to help and learn new techniques of picking fresh ingredients to create the Italian food most restaurants try to match.
Sora My Way is authentic preordered individual meals in advance so that our Chef can go to markets and select the ingredients needed. Everything is fresh and homemade that day
